Booking instructions

General bookings open on: 13th July at 10am

(Student bookings open on 31st August at 10am)

Step 1: Make your choice

Decide the type of accommodation you wish to book. Accommodation is sold on a first come first served basis and some types sell out quickly so it might be worth having a second choice in mind.

When you book you will need to provide:

  • A lead name (who must be over 18).
  • The names and ages of the others attending – or you can give these at a later date.
  • A deposit of £100 by credit/debit card for each unit booked.

If you would like to book multiple units (3 or more) for a group you can book from 10am on 11th July 2017. Decide which units you would like to book and follow the instructions above. Please note we seek to put groups in accommodation near each other but due to the layout of the park this can only be done with accommodation of the same grace and size. So if you would like to be next door to each other make sure you book the same type of accommodation.

Step 3: Enquiries and final payments

Final payments are on 24th January 2018. When you make your final payment you will need to provide the name and email address of at least one person in each chalet. But it is helpful to give everyone’s details especially if there are children and youth involved. You can amend/add to the details of occupants after the final payment date too.

You are responsible for ensuring you have paid your booking balance by the due date. If payment is not received by the due date your booking may be cancelled without notice.

How to pay your balance:

  • Log in to your Account page on the website
  • Click through to Orders and Bookings. All your previous web bookings, event pass and media orders are listed here
  • Locate in the list the Booking that you wish to complete
  • Click the View/Edit button. If the Pay Balance and Finalise Booking button is disabled
    • Before you can make the final payment we require you to provide names and email addresses for all adult places and indicate gender for all under 18s.
    • Click the Edit/Complete Booking Details button
    • Complete all the required fields
    • Once you’re done click the Save Changes button to return to the Booking Summary page
    • If you have completed all the required fields the Finalise Booking button will now be enabled
  • Click the Pay Balance and Finalise Booking button to be transferred to PayPal for final payment (this can be Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal account) and follow the instructions on screen. There is a link on PayPal to “Return to Christian Events” that can be used if necessary.

Please do not click the back arrow or refresh the screen on the PayPal website.

If you do, the order may well disappear from your history. Please don’t panic though - you will need to contact the Word Alive office to get it reinstated.
