Will I have internet access in The Hub and while on site?
We provide a public Wi-Fi network in The Hub that is accessible to everyone on-site. It will time out after an hour following which you will need to sign in again. Please be aware this can be slow when the Hub is busy and you may need to make alternative arrangements if you require consistent internet access.
What accommodation is available?
Representatives from exhibiting organisations are responsible for their own accommodation and food. The price of exhibiting includes two event passes which gives access to the site and Word Alive programme, so staying off-site is almost certainly the cheapest option. Some suggestions for off-site accommodation are here.
However, we have a small amount of on-site accommodation available for exhibitors to book. If you are interested in booking this, please opt in for more information on our application form or contact Tom Roberts at . Please note that on-site accommodation includes additional event passes in the accommodation price and no discount or refund for this is available.
Are event passes transferable?
Event passes are non-transferable; two passes are included with your booking if you require more these can be purchased via our online booking platform here.
Event pass sales open 4 September 2023 at 10am.
Can I sell things from my stand?
Exhibitors are not permitted to sell any items from their stand without written permission from Word Alive. Priority for any items will always be given to the event bookshop but it may be possible to sell from the stand if they do not stock the requested item and they give their permission
If you would like to make a request please contact Nigel Beynon, Director of Word Alive, at no later than five weeks before the event.
