Stay off site
If you stay off site you’ll need to buy Event Passes to attend Word Alive. If you’d like them posted to you before the event you must order them by 31st March, and you should expect them to arrive the following week. If you order after that, you’ll need to collect them when you arrive on site. New this year: CU students should collect their event passes from the UCCF Marquee between 4.30pm-8.30pm on Saturday 13th April.
There is a variety of accommodation being advertised on our Forums. A few guests have one or two spaces in their chalet on site. Have a look and see if there is something that works for you. Don’t forget to hit ‘subscribe to this post’ to get updates.
This year we’ll be giving every chalet a complimentary event programme which gives details of everything that is happening at Word Alive. This will be waiting for you in your accommodation.
We’ll also send you a link before the event so you can download a copy to look at in advance, see what is planned and think and pray about what God might teach you this year.
Children & Youth
Check out our website for information about the Children & Youth programme including venue details, and an overview of the week. You can also download registrations forms for primary school aged children to bring ready if you’d like.
We’re aware that for some of you, Easter is an important revision time. So this is to let you know we’ve designated some spaces around the site as revision areas at certain times. Details will be in the programme on site.
If you aren’t able to join us at Word Alive this year, or if you are staying off site and have Wi-Fi, you might like to know about our online stream of our main meetings.

Event timings and info
We will be sending out a letter with final details about the event to all those who have booked on site or event passes. That will give you lots of information about the event. For now, a quick reminder that our first meeting starts at 6.30pm on Saturday 13th April (with an all age meeting at 5.30pm) and we finish at 11am on Thursday 18th April. And if you like to get ahead, have a look at our ‘All you need to know’ page on our website with lots of info to help you plan.
We’re very grateful to all the team God has provided. We have a couple of gaps in teams for media sales, café and organising team food. There is no particular knowledge or skills required, we’ll provide whatever instruction is needed. You’ll also have accommodation and food provided for the event along with travel expenses.
