Overview of our morning tracks
We’re delighted to let you know our plans for the morning tracks at Word Alive 2020.
Proverbs: David Cook will be giving our Bible Readings from Proverbs.
Fear: Steve Midgley will show us how fear flows from what we love and how we can fear God above all things.
Personal witness: Becky Pippert will encourage and inspire us in sharing Jesus with others.
Church: Bruce Ware will paint a picture of God’s plans and purposes for his church.
Bible overview: Ian Garrett will teach us how the Bible fits together in one story of God’s rescue plan for his world.
Colin Buchanan @ Word Alive
We’re thrilled to announce that Colin Buchanan will be joining us at Word Alive. In 2014 he came and gave us a children’s show – it was a riot! He’ll be performing his new show for our kids this year. He’ll also be leading an After Hours session with folk songs for adults. We can’t wait.
Off site Brochure
As you probably know many guests come to Word Alive by staying in local accommodation and buying event passes. It’s an increasingly popular option we’re keen to encourage. To this end, we’ve produced an off site specific brochure that you can download here. Alternatively, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and how many brochures you’d like, and we’ll post them to you. Be assured, we’re making sure there is enough parking and food available for these guests.
Off site top-picks
Each month we’re going to let you know about accommodation we know is available. We’ll also keep this page on our website updated with more details. So, here are some options currently available within walking distance to Word Alive!
- 2-bedroom caravan at Lido Beach Holiday Park sleeping 3 adults for £539.00 (7 nights). Call Lido Beach on 01745 855626 to book.
- A variety of options at the Beaches Hotel, starting from £85.00 (per night) for a single room with B&B. Call The Beaches on 01745 853072 to book.
Anyone for camping?
We’re investigating the possibility of providing on site camping facilities for Word Alive in the future. It may prove unviable, but we’d love to hear from anyone who would be interested in taking up this option – please email us at email@example.com if that’s you and let us know what you think.
We hope you can join us at Word Alive 2020!
