On site units available
Our on site accommodation is largely sold out but some units have become available. They are released for sale here. You can also still join us at Word Alive 2018 by staying off site.
Stay off site: if you stay off site you’ll need to buy Event Passes to attend Word Alive. If you’d like them posted to you before the event you must order them by 18th March. After that you’ll need to collect them when you arrive on site.
Our Forums are a good way of advertising or requesting spare accommodation or anything else you have or need!
This year we’ll be giving every chalet a complimentary event programme which gives details of everything that is happening at Word Alive. This will be waiting for you in your accommodation.
We’ll also send you a link before the event so you can download a copy to look at in advance, see what is planned and think and pray about what God might teach you this year.
If you aren’t able to join us at Word Alive this year, or if you are staying off site and have wifi, you might like to know about our online stream of our evening celebrations.

Event timings and info
We will be sending out a letter with final details about the event to all those who have booked on site or event passes. That will give you lots of information about the event. For now, a quick reminder that our first meeting starts at 6.30pm on Saturday 7th April (with an all age meeting at 5.30pm) and we finish at 11am on Thursday 12th April. And if you like to get ahead, have a look at our ‘All you need to know’ page on our website with lots of info to help you plan.
Additional stewards are needed to make sure the week runs safely and smoothly. If that is a role you could take on, or you know anyone who would be interested, it’s a great way to serve people at the event and we’ll provide food and accommodation. If you are interested please contact the Word Alive office. We’re looking for approximately 20 more stewards, so we would be very grateful if you could share this with anyone who may be interested.
Thanks to those who have told us who will be in their chalet, including the ages of children. That’s a great help to us in planning the children and youth teams. If you haven’t filled your information in yet, please do so.
